Delete Your Account
To permanently delete your K53GL account and all associated profile progress, test scores, and personal identifiers, please follow these steps within the app:
Go to your Profile > Settings page.
Select Delete Account at the bottom of the options.
Type DELETE to confirm.
Data Retention & Deletion Policy
Permanently Erased Data: Your account authentication credentials (email addresses, password hashes), unique user ID codes, historical quiz results, XP tracking, daily quest logs, and game metrics will be instantly and irreversibly scrubbed from our Supabase database.
Anonymized Data Retention: Any general anonymous metrics regarding quiz error frequencies used strictly to improve question accuracy will be fully de-identified and disconnected from your user profile metadata.
Backup Lifecycle: Once processed, records are immediately scrubbed from live databases. Residual encrypted structural fragments in platform server backups may persist for up to 30 days before being completely overwritten.
Note:
This action is completely irreversible. Once confirmed, you will lose access to your learner progression data, leaderboard ranks, and custom configurations immediately.
Alternative Deletion Method
If you no longer have the app installed and wish to request data deletion, please email us at ozunuoden@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Our support team will verify, process, and completely scrub your account metadata within 48 to 72 hours.
