K53GL Account Deletion
In accordance with Google Play policies and privacy regulations, users of K53GL have the right to request the permanent deletion of their account profile and all associated learning telemetry, quiz scores, and historical progress data.
Method 1: Fast In-App Deletion
The fastest way to remove your data is directly inside the application. This process executes immediately:
Navigate to your Profile tab.
Tap Delete Account located at the bottom of the menu options.
Confirm the permanent removal of your learner profile and game progress.
Method 2: Alternative Email Request
If you have already uninstalled the app, you can request manual removal from our support team:

Click the verification button below to generate a pre-formatted email structure.

Ensure you send the request from the exact registered email address used on K53GL.

Our support team will verify and fully process your server removal within 48–72 hours.
Data Retention & Deletion Policy:
Permanently Erased Data:
Your account authentication credentials (email records, password hashes), unique user ID codes, leaderboard ranks, XP history, quiz performance analytics, and daily quest logs are completely and irreversibly dropped from our Supabase production databases.
Anonymized Data Kept:
Any aggregated, anonymous telemetry metrics regarding general quiz question error frequencies (used strictly to improve learning material accuracy) are completely stripped of personal user identifiers.
Backup Retention Cycle:
Once requested, removal happens instantly on the live database. Encrypted backup fragments may persist for up to 30 days before being completely overwritten by automated retention cycles.
